In October 2021, legendary Saxon bassist, Steve Dawson stepped down from Oliver/Dawson Saxon to begin a well earned retirement. Graham Oliver asked Jamie Mallender to join the band on bass and changed the name to Graham Oliver’s Army. It’s not the first time Jamie has worked with the band as he has stood in for Steve before. The band are now beginning to line up gigs and this is the first one to be announced.
